Brad Stillmank Professional Bio
Brad Stillmank is the Brewer for Black Forest Pub. In this role Brad looks after the raw material selection, brewing practices, packaging and serving of Black Forests’ unique beers. Brad is a qualified brewer with certifications in both brewing and packaging from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling. Brad has over a decade of brewing experience. His start was over a kitchen stove in college as a home brewer; this passion for brewing, and beer evolved as he spent many years brewing award winning beers at a micro-brewery in southwestern Colorado. In addition, he has judged many beer competitions and designed his own malt for specific recipes. Most recently, Brad has passed the examination for the certification of Cicerone™, and is currently only one of three to hold this certification in Wisconsin
